Zygoma Implants

Even with in office CT scanning (CBCT), due to a patient's anatomy, patients are disappointed when they learn that they do not have enough bone in their upper jaws to accommodate conventional dental implants. They are often told that they must have sinus bone grafting to allow dental implant placement. Patients desiring immediate implant supported full arch restorations may be told that they are not a candidate since there is not enough bone available for implants in the back part of their jaw. Zygoma implants are designed for these patients. They are implants placed by a specially trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon allowing the implants to engage specific bone in the upper jaw.

Dr. Tillery can allow these patients full arch immediate loud upper prosthesis Without Bone Grafting.
